Far less well-known to the general public than rivals such as Salesforce, Microsoft or IBM, ServiceNow has found its way to the world's largest companies. In France, Airbus, L'Oréal, Carrefour, Thales, ST Microelectronics and the Ministry of the Armed Forces rely on its cloud platform. In concrete terms, ServiceNow provides companies with a set of features and services to both rationalize and automate all the work tasks that can be streamlined - from HR to customer relationship management to business applications - and thus increase productivity.
Its growing popularity has resulted in some of the strongest growth in the software publishing industry in recent years, with revenues that will exceed $10 billion in revenue in 2023, eight times more than in 2020.
